Her role is to oversee the team and ensure that the service provided to our clients is the best possible. Timely and accurate communication is critical in ensuring we deliver on that goal.

Teena Wray is our Loan Manager with 10 years’ experience in the mortgage field, Teena will coordinate the documentation required and also communicate with you along with title agents, insurance agents, realtors, processors and underwriters to bring you to a smooth closing. She will be with you throughout the loan process until closing and beyond for any questions and help you may need explaining any detail you would like to know more about. Teena also originates mortgage loans.
Mercedes “Mercy” Marin is one of our two processors. Mercy has 24 years serving mortgage clients and is bilingual (Spanish). Mercy is charged with reviewing the file documentation developing needs lists and preparing the file for underwriting.
Jackie Ritter is our other Processor and has 13 years in the mortgage industry. Like Mercy, Jackie reviews the file, prepares needs lists and submits to underwriting. Jackie also speaks Spanish and originates mortgage loans.
