Encompass Level 2 Support/Help Desk
Summary Description:
Under the direction of Corporate Operations, the Encompass level 2 support/help desk position provides technical and administrative support to all company employees.
Duties:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Encompass Support – Provide first-level technical support to Encompass users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Encompass loan origination system.
- Assist with the configuration and customization of Encompass settings to meet user needs.
- Vendor/system user setups
- Provide desktop and hardware support for all employees (Corporate and off site)
- Password resets
- New system setups
- Assist with various technical rollouts
- Inventory control
- Remote support
- Train staff/users on systems and software
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management of The Mortgage Firm, Inc.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Encompass with Admin Experience
- Encompass Certified Admin - Preferred
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Encompass, Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Minimum 2 years IT experience in the mortgage banking field preferred
- Minimum of high school diploma required
- Highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task.
