I have been originating mortgages for over 20 years and have obtained the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist CMPS®. I have obtained an extensive variety of financial knowledge and experience. I am a published author of the book “Mortgage Financing for Real Estate Agents”. I get a personal enjoyment educating other real estate professionals by utilizing my advanced knowledge of mortgage origination.

I also give back to our community by holding free educational homebuyer seminars for the public and teaching at local home counseling centers. I serve all Central Florida locations.
