Duties:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Reviews closed loan files for accuracy and completeness.
Prepares and delivers files to our various investors.
Verifies that all documents are properly located in the loan file.
Provides clear, effective communications to team members.
Assists with training shipping staff in the department.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management of The Mortgage Firm.
Qualifications:
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook
Minimum of high school diploma required
Highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task
Professional image
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Position may require extended periods of sedentary activity
Position requires use of traditional office equipment such as a computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone, and copy/fax machine
